1. View Pets Online
- Check size, temperament, and home requirements. Confirm with your landlord/HOA if pets are allowed.
2. Visit the Shelter
- Address: 3839 Bradshaw Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827
- Adoptions: Tuesday-Sunday: first-come, first-served
- Bring kids/household members to meet the pet
3. Complete the Adoption form.
4. Adoption Counseling
- Meet with staff, finalize paperwork, and pay adoption & licensing fees.
5. Spay/Neuter & Take Home
- If already altered, go home the same day
- If not, surgery is scheduled before pickup
