As one of the largest shelters in California, the Bradshaw Animal Shelter truly appreciates the generosity of our community. The care and enrichment items below are the most heavily needed on a regular basis; however, please also see our Amazon Wish List for a broader list of items in need.
Donations may be dropped off Tuesday-Sunday 12-5 pm.
Cats
- Canned kitten food (pate style only, Royal Canin Mother & Baby, or Chicken Soup for the Soul brands)
- Kitten milk replacer/formula (Fox Valley or KMR)
- Kitten feeding bottles
- Nutri-Cal High-Calorie Dietary Cat Supplement
- New litter boxes
- Hard-sided cat carriers (all sizes, top opening preferred)
- Heating pads/disks
- Cat litter (clumping or pellet type)
- New cardboard scratchers
- New, safe cat-specific toys, including laser pointers
Dogs
- XXL “Kongs” (hard rubber, stuff-able dog chew toy)
- Puppy milk replacer/formula (Fox Valley or Esbilac)
- Puppy feeding bottles
- Puppy potty-training pads
- XL and Large collapsible, wire dog crates
Rabbits
- Timothy Hay
- New, safe rabbit-specific toys
Bedding Items (Clean, please)
- Clean Blankets
- Clean Towels (in usable shape, no grease/paint stains)
Cleaning Items
- Rescue Disinfectant Concentrate, 1-gallon size
- Clorox Wipes
- Dawn Dish Soap
- Swiffer Pads
- Kitchen sponges with scrubber sides
- Latex Gloves, (M/L, disposable and dishwashing)
